Meet our Founder -
Ms. Elizabeth Joseph
Fern Leaf Carehome Limited is a family-owned organisation and was established in 2019. Its founder, Elizabeth Joseph JP has over 30 years experience within the social care industry. Elizabeth has a vast wealth of knowledge and experience managing care services which specialise in providing bespoke care packages for vulnerable adults of all ages.
Elizabeth is well known across the North East London local authorities for her ability to achieve positive outcomes for some of the most challenging individuals. She has built a team of dedicated managers, who with her guidance and support, are able to lead staff teams to deliver a high level of compassionate, person-centered care to all individuals.

Our mission is to create an inclusive community where individuals feel part of a family. We strive to deliver exceptional care and support services, which provide person-centred care and promotion of dignity and independence.

Our Care
At Fern Leaf Carehome Limited, our commitment to providing exceptional care and support is at the heart of everything we do. We are a family-owned organisation, with a team of qualified professionals who share our vision of creating a safe, nurturing environment, where every individual feels valued, respected, and empowered.
Residential Care
We operate three residential care homes that are regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), which have all achieved a "Good" rating. Our homes are designed to provide a welcoming and comfortable environment where residents can feel safe, supported, and cared for.
All our properties are equipped with modern amenities and offer a range of activities and services to enhance the lives of our residents. From delicious home-cooked meals to engaging social events, we strive to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere in every home.
Supported Living
We operate five supported living services that are subject to local authority inspection, for semi-independent individuals who require additional support with daily living tasks.
Each of our services are designed to provide a safe and supportive environment for those living in our care. Our team is dedicated to delivering high-quality support services that cater to the unique needs of each individual.
Respite Care
We offer occasional respite care, giving families a well-deserved break while ensuring their loved ones receive excellent care. Our respite services offer a safe, supportive environment for individuals needing a home away from home.
Whether for a few days or longer, our dedicated team delivers person-centred care to meet each individual’s needs. We pride ourselves on fostering a warm atmosphere, allowing families to recharge with peace of mind, knowing their loved ones are in capable and caring hands.
