Our Care
At Fern Leaf Carehome Limited, our commitment to providing exceptional care and support is at the heart of everything we do. We are a family-owned organisation, with a team of qualified professionals who share our vision of creating a safe, nurturing environment, where every individual feels valued, respected, and empowered.
Residential Care
We operate three residential care homes that are regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), which have all achieved a "Good" rating.
Supported Living
We operate five supported living services that are subject to local authority inspection, for semi-independent individuals who require additional support with daily living tasks.
Respite Care
We offer occasional respite care, giving families a well-deserved break while ensuring their loved ones receive excellent care. Get in touch to check availability.
